how does payment work?
Payment must be made in advance for all floral purchases. We accept cash, venmo, or paypal!
what if I need
to cancel my florals?
We understand things happen, however florals are a very timely business! We will need 2 weeks notice for cancellation for a 50% refund, and after 2 weeks notice our floral orders are nonrefundable.
what is the process for event bookings?
All event bookings require a prior consult with Katya, and following will require a contract signed + payment made within that same week to secure your date.
I am buying an arrangement, how do I receive it?
All local arrangements within the Pullman, Washington city lines can be delivered, free of charge. All other orders are required to be pick up at 455 W Main St., Pullman, WA, 99163 upon a discussed pick up time.
